The Boston Group were engaged by the Carlingford Group to deliver a project team that could refurbish and complete all construction tasks associated with this multi level retail and town house accommodation project in this stunning and very progressive area of the CBD Precinct of Hardware Lane, Melbourne.

The project included the managing and arranging all associated sub-contractors including full liaison with the architect in Mr Peter Brown and respective appointed consultants and employees attached to the project.

The ground floors consist of two retail areas for the purposes of separately tenanted restaurants with full access to the retail restaurant area of Hardware Lane precinct in the commercial business district of Melbourne.

The top three floors consist of eight separate apartment buildings of which were constructed to a high standard of fittings and finishes.
